• If you buy a vehicle that has a valid lien on it, the bank or lien holder could repossess it. Your CARFAX report ensures that the vehicle you buy belongs to you.
• CARFAX reports provide information if a car has ever been in an accident or had collision damage in two ways:
  • All CARFAX reports check the data in each of Canada's provinces and territories, as well as each state in the United States through the Experience Automotive Database, to see if any jurisdiction has labeled the car as salvage, rebuilt or a total loss.
  • CARFAX reports provide information on claims of damage due to accidents from Canada's private insurance companies. The reports cover all data on paid accident claims handled by a private insurance company.

CARFAX reports provide Canadian and U.S. registrations and insurance coverage data from private Canadian insurers, so you will have the chronological data on the VIN to check whether it has been rebuilt or cloned.

Our 3 Day/250 km Money Back Guarantee

If your vehicle has mechanical malfunctions that causes the vehicle to not function properly, we will gladly exchange that vehicle for a different one or refund your money.

The details: Your return request must be received by 5pm on the 3^rd calendar day following the day of delivery. Delivery day counts as Day 1 regardless of time of delivery. For example, if the vehicle was delivered on June 5^th, notification of return must be received by 5pm on June 7^th.

Money Back Guarantee Terms & Exclusions:

• The 250 kilometre maximum distance will be calculated based on the kilometers noted on the contract at time of purchase.

• In the event of a return/exchange, any equipment that has been added to the vehicle can be moved to the new vehicle at the customer's expense. If it cannot be moved, the equipment is non-refundable.

• The exchanged vehicle must be returned in the same apparent condition and state it was in upon delivery. The program cannot be assigned, transferred or sold, in whole or in part. The returned/exchanged vehicle must first be inspected by FFUN Group.

• This Money Back Guarantee applies to the vehicle only. Protection products (including by not limited to: Ceramic coatings, Paint Protection, Interior Protection, Rust Protection) are not covered under this money-back guarantee but may have partial refunds available depending on the product.

• If the vehicle was financed, we will reverse the transaction with the lender. Any fees associated with cancelling with the lender will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Customers are responsible for any licensing costs associated with the vehicle purchase, return or exchange.

• If choosing to exchange, a maximum of 2 exchanges will be processed for a single purchase.

• If the customer traded-in their previous vehicle and that vehicle has subsequently been sold within the return period, FFUN will pay the cash value as represented on the contract for the trade.

• If the customer had a shortfall between what was owed on their trade and their trade value, the client will be responsible for that value if their trade has been subsequently sold.

• The program does not apply to:

  • Second Chance credit and alternative financing clients.

  • Deals funded with negative equity.

  • Vehicles that have been damaged by the customer or anyone else.

  • Commercial vehicles.

  • Vehicles that have been modified or altered by the customer or someone else, in any way whatsoever.

  • Vehicles that have been repaired without FFUN Group's prior authorization.

3 Month/3,000 km Warranty

Before we get into our FFUN Warranty, it's worth mentioning that because most of the pre-owned vehicles we sell are less than 5 years old, they are still covered by the manufacturers' own warranty.

But! Every certified pre-owned vehicle comes extra piece of mind with limited extended warranty coverage for 3 months / 3,000 kms.

Included in the coverage are:

• ENGINE -- Cylinder block, heads, all internally lubricated engine parts, manifolds, timing gears, timing chain/belt, flywheel, oil pump and housing, water pump, harmonic balancer, OHC carriers and covers, valve covers, oil pan, engine mounts, turbocharger/supercharger housings, internal parts, valves, intercooler.
• DIESEL ENGINE -- All of the above listed parts, PLUS Diesel Fuel Injection Pump, Lines, Nozzles, Vacuum Pump.
• TRANSMISSION/TRANSAXLE -- Case (if damaged from within), All internally lubricated parts, Torque Converter, Transfer Case, Encoder Motor, Vacuum Modulator, Transmission Mount, Master Clutch Cylinder.
